Re-Encounter 2018

It’s Re-Encounter time, and there are a few things you need to know!
 

When: 13th - 15th July 2018
Where: Mazenod College, VIC

Cost: $50

Accommodation
Once again, Re-Encounter will be held at Mazenod College. Accommodation will be in Classrooms, so we ask those travelling from interstate to please bring sleeping bags and pillows. Billeting is NOT an option, all inter-stater's will be staying at Mazenod. Victorians are also more than welcome to stay at the college. 
We understand that you may be limited in terms of what baggage you can bring with you, if you are unable to bring a sleeping bag/bedding or a pillow – please let us know beforehand so we can help you out.

Formation & AGM
This year we will once again begin Saturday with a formation session. This year our Formation will focus on two key aspects of our ministry – leading liturgy & discussion group facilitation. 

Saturday afternoon we have set aside time for our AGM and strategic planning session, where we will have the opportunity to discuss issues and improvements for Oblate Youth Australia. We ask that you really think about ways we can improve as a community and remember that this is a chance for members of the community to have their say and share ideas. 
 

Mass & Dinner
Mass will be held at Mazenod College followed by dinner. We have an activity planned for the dinner and more details and a dress code will be provided once you have registered. 

Travel Details
There will be two Airport pick-ups on Friday 13th July. The first pick up will depart the airport no later than 4pm and the second will depart the airport no later than 8pm. We have one drop off planned for Sunday which will depart Mazenod at 4pm.
