process of selection:
A Life Member requires nomination by a member of Oblate Youth Australia, and seconded by a different member; and must be accepted by the National Coordination team.
Nominations are received by the OYA Projects & Operations Manager who will then call a meeting with the National Coordination Team within 3 months of receiving the nomination. In order for the meeting to go ahead, all members of the team need to agree and there must be a two-thirds majority to proceed. For the nomination to be accepted a two-third majority must agree.
Current members of the National Coordination Team are able to be nominated, however they will automatically abstain from the vote and the process will continue without them.
You can nominate via the form below or by emailing Emma Rice - erice@omi.com.au.
